Solvera Lynx develops advanced information technologies and solutions in difficult technical areas: energy, industry, and transport. Due to the expansion of business to foreign markets the company sensed the need to manage their market presence.
Acquiring a high-quality insight into the operation and specificities of such a specialised industry and competitive environment presented us with a special challenge. That is why we started the project with an in-depth analysis of the customers, sales process, and industry characteristics. Based on that, we performed customer segmentation, created personas, and planned their purchase paths from awareness to loyalty.
The purchase path plan and the personas served to create optimised marketing materials that significantly simplify the work for Solvera Lynx salespeople. With them, they can provide the customers with the right information quickly and create a truly relevant offer faster and more completely.
The project included a renovation of the corporate visual identity and the creation of all graphic materials, including website development.
