Our design of the visual image and packaging for the first honey beer in Slovenia, won us one of the most prestigious awards for design.

A design with powerful symbolism

Kratochwill Pub and Brewery created the first honey beer in Slovenia in 2012, which required appropriate visuals and packaging. We created a visual image that clearly communicates the contents of the bottle with its strong visual connection to bees.


We were the first in Slovenia to wrap the honey beer bottle in paper, which itself functions as a large label. We also designed the gift packaging in the form of a cardboard tube and a beer glass which symbolises the image of the bee when filled.
